In this interactive session, participants will explore how to move toward precision coaching by utilizing diverse data sets. We will demonstrate how to triangulate student work, linguistic output, and classroom discourse data to anchor coaching cycles in objective evidence. Attendees will leave with a clear framework for facilitating coaching conversations that increase teacher buy-in and accelerate biliteracy outcomes for Multilingual Learners (MLs).
