Randall Saenz is a Dual Language Program Manager with nearly three decades of experience in guiding and supporting public educational institutions across North Carolina and Virginia. He has played a pivotal role in shaping language education initiatives, curriculum development, and professional growth at various levels. Currently, Randall serves as the Education Programs Manager for Participate Learning, where he oversees the implementation of Dual Language programs across four school districts in North Carolina and Virginia. His career includes leadership roles such as District Coordinator for Guilford County Schools in North Carolina, Assistant Director of the Spanish Center at Elon University, and English professor at Universidad Latina in Costa Rica. Randall holds a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership and School Administration, a postgraduate certification in the administration of Multilingual and Dual Language Programs, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in education.
