Virgen "Yesenia" Francois is a passionate, equity-driven educator with experience in bilingual, dual language, and inclusive classrooms across elementary and high school settings. She has served in various leadership roles, including on instructional leadership, culture teams, teachers advisory council, and is committed to advancing educational equity for multilingual and diverse learners. She holds a Professional Educator License in Elementary and Bilingual Elementary Education, with endorsements in English as a Second Language and Learning Behavior Specialist, as well as is currently pursuing her Leadership certification. She is excited to support schools in building capacity and implementing high-quality practices for multilingual learners.
